These terms govern your use of AnswerSam, a service of Artificial Frontiers LLC ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them.
The service
AnswerSam is an AI receptionist that answers calls forwarded to it, captures caller details, books appointments, routes urgent calls and sends summaries. It is an automated system and can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing call summaries and for the services you provide to your customers.
Not an emergency service
AnswerSam is not a substitute for 911 or emergency services. For safety-related calls (such as gas smells or carbon monoxide alarms) it gives standard safety instructions and escalates to you according to your settings.
Trial, billing and cancellation
The free trial lasts 14 days. After that the subscription is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our website. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The booking guarantee is described on our pricing page and is applied as a service credit.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
- Comply with laws that apply to your business, including call-recording notice rules in your state.
- Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or unsolicited marketing.
SMS terms
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from AnswerSam about your trial, account, and service (for example setup messages, call summaries and account notices). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email . Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or text.
